Templates
Onboarding templates hold ordered tasks of several types — form, document sign, acknowledge, upload, provision and plain task — each with an owner and due offset.
Pre-boarding
The new hire works through their own checklist from a secure portal before and after day one, on any device.
Cross-product
A curriculum task assigns an Assess assessment and surfaces the result back on the checklist, so screening and training stay in one record.
Audit

How does onboarding start?+
When you convert a hired candidate to staff you pick an onboarding template, and the checklist is created and assigned automatically. You can also start one from any employee record.
Can the new hire complete tasks themselves?+
Yes. The hire gets their own portal to fill forms, sign documents online or upload a scan, acknowledge policies and upload files — with a progress bar, on mobile or desktop.
Can I assign a test as part of onboarding?+
Yes. A curriculum task assigns an Assess assessment by access code and the score surfaces back on the checklist inline, with no re-entry.
