Can we add our own fields?+

Yes. Admins create custom fields per organization with the type that fits, and decide which roles can see each one.

Who can see salary and personal data?+

Field-level visibility limits sensitive fields to HR Admins and Owners. Managers see what they need for their team, not everything.
