Attendance & shifts

Clock in, clock out, see the day

Define your shifts, put people on them, and let employees clock in and out from their own home. A daily register shows who was present, late or absent, with worked hours ready to export.

In detail

Shifts
A shift is a named working window — start and end time, break minutes, expected paid hours, a late-grace window and the weekdays it runs — reused across everyone on it.
Clock-in
Employees clock in and out against their assigned shift; worked minutes are the clock pair less the break, and a late clock-in past the grace window is flagged automatically.
Register
A 30-day register shows every person's day with check-in, check-out, worked hours and a status of present, late, half-day, absent, on-leave, holiday or weekend.
Corrections
HR can add or correct a record by hand — a manual entry overrides a missed or wrong clock, and every change is recorded in the audit log.

Common questions

Does this run payroll?+
No. Attendance records worked hours and statuses so you can export them; there is no statutory payroll or overtime engine — you keep your own pay process.
How do employees clock in?+
From their attendance home in the suite, on web or mobile, they clock in and out against their assigned shift. HR can also add or correct records by hand.
How is late decided?+
Each shift has a grace window. A clock-in later than the start plus the grace counts as late; the register flags it without anyone having to judge it.
