In detail

Headcount
The employed total excludes terminated staff and anyone past their end date, then breaks down by department and by active, on-leave and terminated status.
Turnover
Turnover is leavers in the last twelve months over the average of opening and closing headcount, shown as a single percentage you can track over time.
Tenure
Employed staff are bucketed into under one year, one to three, three to five and five-plus years, with an average tenure across the workforce.
Time off
Approved leave is summarised as on-leave-today, upcoming approved and total approved working days in the last twelve months, alongside pending requests.

Who can see analytics?+
Workforce analytics is an organization-wide management view, available to roles with the People manage permission, not to individual employees.
